Mr. Jernigan focuses his practice on business law, estate planning and estate administration. 

 

     His business law practice includes formation of business entities, preparation of agreements among owners, leasing, licensing, employment law, the private placement of securities and  business combinations.  Mr. Jernigan also has extensive experience in entertainment law. 

 

     Estate planning includes client consultation to review estate planning needs and how best to meet them.  Documents customarily prepared include Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney for Financial Affairs, Health Care Powers of Attorney and Living Wills. 

 

     Mr. Jernigan's estate administration practice includes working with executors and personal representatives to assist in the orderly administration of the decedent's estate.  Often, such assistance is as much practical as it is legal.
